At NakaiBeauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. How to Request a Return/Refund

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and promotional bundles cannot be returned or refunded.
